Quality control / Inspection
Our separate closed-in Quality Control Department is equipped with the
latest model: B605 Mitutoyo Co-ordinate Measuring Machine 24"-X,20"-Y,12"-Z
including Epson lIE computer system with exclusive Geopak 2000 software
that is easy to use and provides consistent and accurate quality control
function.
 API's Quality Control Manual, compliant with MIL-STD-45662A and in a
process to comply with ISO 9002,also when specified in contracts it is
available upon request.
Besides CMM, our Quality Control Department has regularly calibrated
inspection equipment, such as:

Geopak
is a 3 dimensional program that includes all the features needed for CMM
measurement in one package. Geopak can be used on any new application by
combining basic elements. Geopak can also calculate the positional relationships
between several geometric elements.
